The Referral Scheme

Our referral scheme is designed to reward collaboration and business growth within our network. Here’s how it works:

Referring Business:

  • When you refer ongoing client work or project work that a network participant successfully wins, you’ll receive a referral reward from Boost and Beyond:
    • Client value between £1,000 and £2,000 in 6 months – £25 referral reward
    • Client value £2,000 + in 6 months – £50 referral reward
  • This reward can be taken as a credit on account and used against future purchases or paid as a bank transfer on receipt of an invoice from you.
  • Referral fees are paid 6 calendar months after the client’s start date.
  • If the client or the network participant terminates the agreement within 6 months, no referral fee will be due.
  • You can earn multiple rewards – there’s no limit to the number of successful referrals you can make.

Receiving Referrals:

  • When you receive a referral through the network, Boost and Beyond will charge 10% of the first 6 months’ net revenue as the referral fee.
  • Boost and Beyond acts as a broker, handling the initial client enquiry, passing it to the relevant network participant, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Invoicing and ongoing client management will be directly between you and the client.
  • You’re required to provide a monthly report detailing the specific client’s billing amount, allowing Boost and Beyond to invoice you accordingly.
  • The referral fee will be billed monthly and is due to be paid within 7 days of invoice date.
  • This information will be cross-checked during mentorship sessions when financial information is shared confidentially.

Important Notes:

  • All referrals must be passed through Boost and Beyond, not directly to individual network participants.
  • Network participants benefit from Boost and Beyond’s extensive professional network, both physical and online.
  • Debbie, the founder, actively networks in person and online, continually expanding opportunities for the network.
  • Boost and Beyond operates a process for dispute resolution, a copy available on request.

Communication Protocols for Handling Referrals

Initial Referral Submission:

  • All referrals must be submitted directly to Boost and Beyond, not to individual network members.
  • Include essential details: potential client’s name, contact information, project description, and any relevant deadlines.

Acknowledgement:

  • Boost and Beyond will acknowledge receipt of the referral within one business day.
  • The referring member will receive a confirmation email with a unique referral ID for tracking purposes.

Referral Assessment:

  • Boost and Beyond will hold an introductory call with the potential client and gain a brief overview of the work.
  • Boost and Beyond will assess the referral to determine the most suitable network member(s) for the opportunity.
  • This assessment will be completed within two business days of receiving the referral.

Network Member Notification:

  • Boost and Beyond will contact the selected network member(s) with the referral details.
  • The chosen member(s) must confirm their interest and capacity to take on the work within one business day.

Client Contact:

  • Once a suitable network member is confirmed, Boost and Beyond will facilitate an introduction between the client and the network member.
  • All parties will be copied on this introduction email to ensure transparency.

Follow-up:

  • The selected network member must provide an update to Boost and Beyond within three business days of the introduction, detailing the outcome of initial client contact.

Referral Outcome:

  • The network member must inform Boost and Beyond of the final outcome of the referral (whether the work was secured or not) within 14 days of the initial introduction.

Ongoing Reporting:

  • If the referral results in secured work, the network member must provide monthly reports to Boost and Beyond detailing the project’s status and billing information.

Confidentiality:

  • All parties must maintain confidentiality regarding the details of the referral throughout the process.

Feedback Loop:

  • Both the referring member and the member who received the referral should provide feedback to Boost and Beyond on the referral process within 30 days.

Dispute or Concerns:

  • Any issues or concerns regarding the referral process should be communicated to Boost and Beyond immediately.

Referral Decline Protocol:

  • If a selected network member declines a referral, they must provide a reason to Boost and Beyond within one business day.

Multiple Member Involvement:

  • In cases where a referral might benefit from multiple network members’ expertise, Boost and Beyond will facilitate communication between relevant parties to explore collaboration opportunities.

Referral Updates:

  • Boost and Beyond will provide monthly updates to all network members on the overall status of referrals within the network, maintaining individual confidentiality.

These protocols aim to ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient referral process, benefiting all parties involved while maintaining the professional standards of Boost and Beyond. They can be refined based on practical experience and feedback from network members.
