About Debbie Frith

With over 30 years of diverse business experience, Debbie Frith specialises in helping SME owners achieve sustainable growth through strategic mentoring and practical hands-on support.

Debbie’s background spans senior UK hospitality management, co-running her family manufacturing and engineering firm, and since 2016 providing strategic business mentoring and support across multiple sectors including coaching, property planning, recruitment, charity and angel investing.

Business owners value working with someone who understands their challenges from multiple angles. Having led corporate and family-owned businesses, run a successful franchised business and now her independent venture, Debbie brings real-world solutions to help clients make confident strategic decisions. Her approach focuses on building genuine partnerships – because running a business shouldn’t mean doing it alone.

Debbie lives in Dorset in the South of England with her husband, teenage daughter and 2 dogs. She works with clients nationally.
