The Collaborative Network Offer

Creating a Community for Thriving Freelancers and Small Business Owners.

Hello, I’m Debbie Frith, and I’m excited to provide more details about the unique network we’re building, designed to uplift and connect independent service providers.

What’s Included:

  • 1.5-hour personalised online mentor sessions (minimum 4 per year)
  • Quarterly online network meetings (4 per year)
  • Access to our collaborative referral network

Collaborative Referral Network
The network operates on a win-win philosophy, creating a supportive ecosystem where everyone can thrive. Network members can confidently refer clients when at capacity, knowing they’ll receive quality service. When others are overbooked, network members may receive referrals, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.

The Referral Scheme

Supportive Community
Network members connect with like-minded professionals, share experiences, and reduce the isolation of solo entrepreneurship. Quarterly network meetings feature:

  • Facilitated networking sessions
  • Peer-to-peer problem-solving workshops
  • Discussion on current business trends and challenges
  • Opportunities to present and receive feedback on business strategies

The network thrives on mutual support and shared knowledge. We encourage everyone to contribute their unique insights and experiences, creating a rich, collaborative environment where everyone benefits from collective insight and support.

From time to time, and with the input and agreement from network participants, we will offer learning and development opportunities using external speakers/trainers on a cost-sharing basis.

We also have a WhatsApp group where we share our news, wins, and challenges and offer advice to each other (we also occasionally share photos of our cats and dogs – we’re only human!)
